MK1- UI Early Concept

Fire was a huge theme for the project. I explored and created these FX with a combination of UI materials in Unreal Engine and place them on a single page to render a video. These are broken down into flipbooks to be used in Flash.

Experimented with UE materials to create a procedural workflow for upgrading our Player Module system. Prior, we only had 2D images for MK11 player modules.

2021. Early UI style development for MK1 project. We went through multiple rounds to develop the visuals of how the game UI would look under Liu Kang's vision. Worked closely with Ed Boon and Steve Beran on the UI team.
